This is a blend of essential oils I use everyday to reduce stress, chill out and alleviate anxiety. As an anxious person, I always keep this in my purse just in case.
The blend of essential oils are designed to promote a calmness and ease. These oils are very potent and once applied to the skin, enter the bloodstream to work their magic. Because these oils are so potent and enter the bloodstream immediately, I dilute with organic liquid coconut oil.
You can use this on your wrists, neck, check, etc. and/or use on the bottom of your feet at bedtime to promote sleep. Test a patch of skin first to ensure there is no sensitivity.
Directions: apply to wrist, temples, neck, chest or bottom of feet – test skin first
Ingredients: organic fractionated coconut oil, lavender, sweet marjoram leaf, roman chamomile flower, ylang ylang flower and Hawaiian sandalwood, vanilla bean absolute
I haven’t been using this long yet. I typically use just lavender at night on my feet and in a diffuser but so far so good. I love the smell and the roll on stick. I like that it has lavender and other relaxing oils in it.
I love the scent and place some on my inside wrists on on my temples before bed. I have fallen asleep easier and thankfully if I woke up have been able to fall back to sleep.
